We offer residential and commercial concrete services, including but not limited to patios, slabs, stamped concrete, and other related work. All services are subject to availability and project approval.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Estimates are based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, material availability, or customer-requested changes. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Scheduling and Payment

A deposit may be required to schedule work.Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.Late payments may result in additional fees or work stoppage.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Work may be canceled prior to the start date. Deposits are non-refundable if materials have been ordered or if scheduling adjustments have caused delays or losses to our business. Custom jobs are not eligible for refunds once work begins.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We offer a limited warranty on workmanship. This does not cover issues due to improper maintenance, natural wear and tear, or external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, ground movement).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3MJ Services LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Use of Website

All content on this site (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of 3MJ Services LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.
